NC Hydraulic Bending Machine :
NuGEN Machineries Limited manufactures NC Hydraulic Press Brakes from capacity 60 MT x 2500 mm to 500 MT x 4000 mm. The tough, well dimensioned all welded structure is made out of IS 2062 Gr. B. Silicon killed and ultrasonically tested steel plates to withstand continuous Stress and Strain under full load at minimum deflection. The NC press brake in the standard scope comes with Alpha numeric European controller for      Y-Axis (upper Beam) and X-Axis (back gauge), and with standard set of tooling. The distinct advantages of the NC press brake over conventional press brakes are, it enables to form products of multiple bends in one set up (cycle) reducing the production time, work-in-progress costs and floor inventory leading to a better product. All regular jobs can be stored on the controller to save time. With RS232 interface the data can also be stored on other Computers, so data storage is unlimited. The controller can memorize 99 programs of 8 bends each.
