 the nc press brake in the standard scope comes with alpha numeric european controller for y-axis (upper beam) and x-axis (back gauge), and with standard set of toolings. The distinct advantages of the nc press brake over conventional press brakes are, it enables to form products of multiple bends in one set up (cycle) reducing the production time, work-in-progress costs and floor inventory leading to a better product. All regular jobs can be stored on the controller to save time. With rs232 interface the data can also be stored on other computers, so data storage is unlimited. The controller can memorise 99 programs of 8 bends each.
