• The NC controlled, advanced hydraulic - electrical systems and components, use hydraulic cylinders to tilt the upper beam. Adjusting this angle changes how the blades contact and cut the workpiece.
• Two Hydraulic Cylinders mounted on the cutting beam provide the shearing force. Synchronisation of the two cylinders by differential area principle simplifies the hydraulic circuit.
• NC Back Gauge System moves to a programmed position behind the cutting blades, ensure the sheet is aligned precisely before cutting. It helps in workpiece positioning, facilitates precise and accurate cuts without manual measurement.
• The easiest and fastest blade clearance arrangement is offered on this range of Trimans Hydraulic Shearing Machine / Shears. The blade clearance is calibrated for different thickness and can be accurately set by lever arrangement. The Hydraulic hold downs are located very close to the blade and provide positive gripping of sheets enabling distortion-free shearing of narrow strips.
• The Rear Conveyor Mechanism, offered as an optional - additional accessory with Trimans Hydraulic Shears; is a Motorized, (Motor Driven), Rotary, (or Rotation System), with Rollers and Conveyer Belts. It is strategically and efficiently positioned at the rear of the machine to receive the sheared workpieces immediately after the cutting process; to automatically guide, transfer and convey the sheared workpieces in a controlled manner, streamlining workflow and enhancing safety.
