Trimans CNC Synchro Hydraulic Press Brakes, manufactured by NuGEN Machineries Ltd., offer a high-precision bending solution with a capacity range from 50MT x 2500mm to 500MT x 6000mm. Pre-equipped with a minimum 3-Axis (Y1-Y2-X) European CNC Touch Screen Controller, this machine features pro-grade automation that eliminates manual marking and utilizes a closed-loop hydraulic system with imported linear scales to synchronize the Y1 and Y2 axes to within ±0.01 mm. The robust structure, constructed from ultrasonically tested IS 2062 Gr. B steel with heavy-duty front-mounted cylinders and advanced German hydraulics, ensures ultimate strength and decades of low-maintenance operation. It delivers unbeatable efficiency through programmable stroke and speed controls (10% to 100%), automatic bending force calculation, and 0.1-degree angular resolution. Designed for versatility, the system is future-ready with options for Motorized Anti-Deflection Units (ADU) with Wila Wedges and features unique Tandem or Tridem capabilities, allowing two or three machines to operate individually or in synchronized side-by-side orientation for large-scale applications.

 The manufacturing facility is based near Ahmedabad, Gujarat State, approximately 500 kilometers north of Mumbai. Nugen has a workforce of 80 persons, out of which 15 are qualified Engineers.
